Q. Do you ship outside the USA?
A. Absolutely! We use UPS Ground for shipments to Canada and the Postal Service for all other countries outside the USA. (We also ship via post to Canada, when suitable.) Our shopping cart will automatically offer a selection of shipping options and prices to wherever you are. FedEx and UPS Air service is also available to other parts of the world but often the transit costs are prohibitive, feel free to contact us via email if you would like an air freight shipping quote on your potential shipment outside the US. Sadly, we find that large fragile glass products like our giant martini centerpieces often do NOT travel well via the postal system (even the US postal system will damage them before they leave the country).
Q. How much will is cost to mail/ship my item/order to me?
A. Our shopping cart program will total the weight of your selections and offer various methods and delivery speeds and prices from the Post Office and UPS to you. We use the actual rates from USPS and UPS. You don't need to give any credit card info to get this kind of shipping estimate, but you will need to put in some basic address and zipcode info for the automatic program to give you a shipping charge. You can always close your browser or use the back button to change your items or to stop the shopping cart at any time.
Q. Did my order ship yet?
A. Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days and we send you an email notification with a delivery confirmation or tracking number once your order has shipped. When you get that email, you know the shipment is on it's way. We send to the email address you type in our shopping cart when you order. Please note that Hotmail accounts have a more than 50% tendency of bouncing our shipping emails for some reason (along with earthlink and aol accounts, occasionally). If you want to be sure to get your shipping notification, be sure to put email@example.com on your approved sender list in your email program.
Q. Do/did you have store in Milwaukee where I can see all your great stuff/pick up my order?
A. We did have a retail store for a 1-1/2 years in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, but closed it when the Marquette Interchange construction began (and shopping traffic to downtown crawled to a halt). Currently we only sell via mail order and phone and internet. You will occasionally catch us at local street festivals and holiday boutiques with a limited display of non-breakable items.
Q. Can I order more of one item than what you show in inventory? I need lots of them for a special event.
A. Most of our items on our site limit you to ordering only the quantity we show in stock and no more. However, often we can process a special order for you for larger quantities, so please us the Contact Us button on the website or call us for details.
Q. Can I special order something I don't see on your site but saw on another site or in another store?
A. Possibly. We control the manufacturing and policies of our Giant Martini Glasses and our Floating Olive Candles, however all the other items we can order have different policies depending on the item and the manufacturer. Some have large minimums or long lead times, so please us the Contact Us button on the website or call us for special order availability.
