This just might be the perfect Foil Cutter for wine bottles! When we see a bar tool that truly impresses us during our admittedly unscientific behind the scenes testing here, we simply have to rave about it.

Over the years, we've tried and been frustrated with many other poorly working foil cutters that either don't cut, fall apart, are too hard to use, and such. Heck, we've even used a kitchen knife, a steak knife, and a scissors. But no more!

After months of our (again un-scientific) tests during after-hours happy hours here at Always Happy Hour, and many bottles of delicious wine, we proudly present to you the wine bottle Foil Cutter that might be practically perfect in every way!

Beautifully made and so simple to use. The molded flexible plastic tool hides 4 tiny sharp cutting wheels inside. Simply place on top of a sealed bottle of red or white wine, and squeeze the tool gently while turning about one-half turn. The special wheels cut the foil cleanly and completely that fast, literally in a second or two at most, so as you lift the tool away from the bottle, off comes the foil. no mess, no fighting, no knocking over the bottle, or cutting off a digit, or yelling at the bottle. You'll be ready to use your (or one of our) favorite wine openers to pull out the cork and pour and serve!
