At Always Happy Hour, we do not share your contact info from our mailing list with anyone. Ever.

We will only give out your shipping information to a 3^rd party if your order needs to be drop-shipped directly from one of our factories rather than from us to your office or home. Please note that UPS and FedEx ask for your email address and telephone number to assist with delivery and tracking notification of your package.

Our shopping cart program encrypts all ordering and contact information and stores them securely. You can order on-line with complete confidence. If you experience a security error on your computer while shopping AlwaysHappyHour, be sure to save your shopping cart and then clear the cache memory and cookies in your Internet browser and return back to our site, most security errors and alerts are the result of built up history in the cache and cookies memory of your browser. The AlwaysHappyHour.com website and remote hosting servers are scanned daily for security.

You may also order by e-mail, by fax, by phone, by Skype, or by IM if you prefer. Once we receive your order, we do not store your credit card info on our office computers, and no paper copy is ever printed, all credit cards are authorized electronically by secure remote servers, and your credit card is only authorized during the order process, we do not charge the card until we ship.

But, if you have damage or a problem or defect when you open your box, please let us know within 21 days (3 weeks) of shipping and we'll either replace it or bring it back to our facility (depending on the problem) at our expense and we'll handle the claims with the post office, UPS, or FedEx.
If you’re just not happy with what you get, please let us know within 1 month (30 days) and we'll issue a refund on your credit card or PayPal if we can’t correct it to your liking and ours, but you pay the shipping charges back to us, we think that's fair..

SHIPPING
Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Most shipments from our Midwestern facilty arrive to your offfice or home within 3-4 business days. If an item you order is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will notify you via email of the delay and allow you to decide if your order should be left open or cancelled. Your credit card is never charged until we pack your order for shipping.

UPS, Fed Ex, or postal charges are determined based on total weight of all items purchased. Our shopping cart program will total the weight of your purchase during checkout and figure the correct amounts to offer several shipping options to you during checkout, but you can stop your order at any time before giving your credit card information if you decide to cancel. As a general rule, most of the items in our line each weigh about 1 or 2 pounds per item once they are packed for shipping.

If we’re shipping to a Wisconsin address (our home state) we’re required to collect sales tax on the merchandise AND on the freight (yes, we agree that’s a rip-off, so all you Wisconsinites please surf to http://www.legis.state.wi.us/ and complain to your greedy state senators and representatives!)
